Above The Fray was co-founded by Fleur Brooklin Smith and Mike Cook, with the goal of providing agile, insightful, and independent talent-management services to predominantly online talent. Boutique but bold, Above has expanded its activities to also include the production of international tours and live events. 2019 will see the launch of Above’s gaming events and gaming talent arm.
