Mat is a firefighter, father, author and all round outdoors enthusiast. His debut book ‘Great British Dad-ventures’ is released in November 2023 and is a go-to guide for families who want to get outside and have some fun. Mat lives in Sussex with his wife of ten years Alex (@thealexbeard), two children, and a lot of chickens.
